Quest on Doncaster has three well appointed conference rooms –

The Trellis Room which accommodates small groups of 2 – 10 persons;

The Vine Room which caters for a medium size conference (up to 45 seated delegates).

The Merlot Room which holds groups as large as 110 persons.

Situated in the midst of tranquil gardens and with an abundance of natural light, these conference rooms make for the perfect place to hold your next important business meeting.

Whether you need to meet for half a day or longer, with or without catering and audio visual equipment then the Quest on Doncaster can provide you with quality, choice, flexibility and convenience.

The conference rooms at Quest on Doncaster provide an environment which is conductive for both formal and informal meetings. Board room meetings, class room set up, U-shaped meeting, round tables or theatre style, anything is possible.

We have, in the final months of 2008 formed a relationship with a new onsite caterer – Paul LeNoury from LeNoury Catering. For all the senses, for all the seasons and for all the reasons you can imagine, only with LeNoury Catering …. “the art and science of delicious”. LeNoury Catering has been established since 1994 and Paul’s wish is to please all your catering needs.

Erin McKay is the Conference Coordinator and Manager at Quest on Doncaster. Erin has been with us for 3 years in 2004- 2007 as a receptionist. Erin has rejoined us at the end of 2009 to take over from Melissa Luke and is looking forward to seeing some old and new faces in 2010. The Vine Room

The Vine room is situated amongst the tranquil gardens setting of Quest on Doncaster, with four walls of windows there is an abundance of natural light and makes for a great alternative to a stuffy office board room.

The Merlot Room

The Merlot room is the largest of the three conference rooms at Quest on Doncaster Road. It has the capacity to seat groups up to 100 people.

The Trellis Room

The Trellis room is a small intimate meeting room which allows groups as small as 2 people to meet. With its own private facilities it makes for the ideal space to shut yourself away from the rest of the world.
